(IATCO) was founded in 1939 by Fred Greenberg as an independent truck parts jobber in the Chicagoland area and focuses exclusively on manufacturing new clutch assemblies, components, and supplemental parts for class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles. It supplies private label brands to Original Equipment Truck Manufacturers and was named Supplier of the Year twice for Paccar Parts. It achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification in April 2018.
