CartilaGen is developing CG-001, an investigational intra-articular injection therapy designed to address oxidative stress following ankle fractures and other traumatic skeletal injuries, with the goal of reducing the risk of Post-Traumatic Osteoarthritis (PTOA). CG-001 is administered during standard ORIF surgery and is designed to block excess reactive oxidant species (ROS) that drive cartilage degeneration.
