Carson's Cookie Dough is a bakery and storefront in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, created to build inclusive employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Inspired by the owners' son Carson, who is on the autism spectrum, the bakery offers work-based learning with local schools and vocational training, and produces cookies baked locally and shipped nationwide.
