UV reactor integration

Coflux Purification has developed a patent-pending catalyst that both captures and destroys PFAS (perfluoroalkyl substances) at the source. Built in Rice University's labs, the absorbent catalyst is a tunable, stable, metal-free material that integrates into standard UV reactors to destroy PFAS from wastewater streams, leaving no contaminated waste for disposal. The system, sized like an air compressor, can be implemented into current systems on-site, helping large manufacturers clean their wastewater and comply with emerging regulations.
