Formed in 1992, its lineage traces to FH Windings in the 1960s and Tridem Transformers. It designs, manufactures and supports wound components for safety-critical applications across aerospace, medical, oil & gas, defence, nuclear power and transportation, holding AS9100 rev D and BS EN ISO9001:2015 accreditation. It was acquired by the Kamic Group through ETAL (UK) Ltd in 2023.
