LOS ALAMOS, NMHand Precision Machining, Inc. is a New Mexico machine shop in Los Alamos, incorporated in 1993, producing precise high-quality parts through traditional and multi-axis CNC machining for prototypes, short-run production and laser engraving. The shop operates 19 CNC machines including horizontal, vertical, fourth-axis and multi-axis mills, lathes and wire EDM, plus CO2 and fiber laser engravers, 3D printing, welding and sheet metal fabrication. HPM says it complies with ISO 9001 standards and maintains NNSA NAP-24 certifications, serving national laboratories and nuclear, aerospace and national security work.
