INSUL-DECK manufactures a stay-in-place insulated concrete form (ICF) joist construction system for concrete floors, roofs, and elevated buildings. The panels are made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) with two integral steel beams molded in end to end, creating self-supporting formwork that reduces shoring and labor. Panels are made-to-order in custom lengths and thicknesses using a patented continuous molding process, and are available in seven thicknesses with R-values from R-18 to R-40 between joists.
