Cleveland Wheel and Brake Systems (CWBS) provides aircraft braking systems and key system components including wheels, brakes, and hydraulic components for the general aviation, turboprop, business jet, rotorcraft and military markets. Founded in 1936 by Elmer VanSickle, the Cleveland brand has served airplane manufacturers, landing gear manufacturers, mechanics and pilots for over 85 years. All wheel and brake assemblies are manufactured in the USA in its factory in Avon, Ohio. CWBS is part of the Signia Aerospace family.
