personalized small-group instruction

Vivo is a live virtual fitness program offering small-group, interactive classes taught live by certified trainers over Zoom. Classes combine strength-building with brain-boosting exercises to help members stay sharp, independent, connected, and active from home. Exercises are offered at four levels, and trainers adapt to injuries or physical limitations. Vivo also provides a Care Team including certified trainers, nutritionists, and older adult specialists.
