JACO Analytical Laboratory, Inc. is a full-service laboratory that performs PCB analysis on oil, soil, and water, and offers on-site energized transformer oil sampling through JACO Construction. Formed in April 1993 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, it purchased National Chem Lab in December 1993 and moved to Ephrata, Washington. In 1995 it expanded to dissolved gas analysis and oil quality tests for transformer oils. It is accredited with NELAP and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and has worked with over 160 utilities since 1988.
