FrogNet is a working network and programming environment built around addressable shared state, treating the network as one computer. It combines RINA's names and scope, LISP's separation of identity from location, and Network Shared RAM. It is designed for places where connectivity cannot be assumed, such as homes, farms, rural sites, ships, and disaster sites.
