R&D Engineering and Machining is an engineering and CNC machine shop in Deforest, Wisconsin, building complete solutions from small table-top fixtures to fully automated systems. The shop designs custom automation, indexing and specialty conveyors, end-of-arm tooling and EPP/EPS molds, and stocks and builds mold components including receiver frames, spacer frames and adapter plates. In-house equipment covers 3- and 5-axis machining centers, a waterjet cutter, wire EDM, CNC lathes, welders and a Faro laser CMM.
