Coulee Flats Dairy is a dairy farm near Mesa, WA, owned by Case VanderMeulen. Construction of the current facility began in 2007, and the team started milking 3,000 head in March 2008. Today 6,800 head of Holstein cows are milked three times a day in parallel double 50 and double 30 milking parlors. The farm employs 80+ people and recycles water through lagoons to irrigate and fertilize 1,800 acres of feed crops.
