Additive Drives develops and manufactures customised electric motors in quantities of 1 to 10,000 units per year without expensive tooling or high one-off costs. Founded in Dresden by Philipp Arnold, Dr Jakob Jung and Axel Helm, the company has a team of over 70 employees and over 300 projects, serving automotive, aviation, motor racing, robotics and industry. Its motors achieve efficiencies up to 98% and power densities up to 25 kW/kg.
