Crawford Grading and Pipeline, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Herbert W. Crawford in Luthersville, GA, after he worked 10 years in the pipeline construction business. The company was incorporated in 1993 and specializes in the installation of water, sanitary sewer and storm drain projects for city, county, government, and private entities. It has 45 full-time employees, holds a Georgia and Alabama Utility Contractors License, and is an approved contractor for the Alabama and Georgia Departments of Transportation.
