EO/RGB checks

SpectrIQ is an automated quality-assurance layer for spectral sensors, built by Hardwerx LLC, an SDVOSB. It runs sensor data integrity and quality checks at capture for hyperspectral, multispectral, thermal/IR, EO/RGB and point spectrometers, producing an advisory report. It is a Python pipeline with YAML-driven configuration that runs offline on a laptop or ground station. Patent pending.
