Aqua Tool LLC offers a variety of machining, fabrication and assembly services from its 10,000 sq. ft. Madison Heights, Michigan facility, covering 3 and 4 axis CNC milling, CNC turning, manual boring mill work, surface and jig grinding, MIG and TIG welding and CMM inspection, along with tooling and fixtures. Typical work shown includes 316 fluid blocks and nozzles, Hastelloy nozzle holders, zirconium diffusers, DeVlieg fixtures and brake cylinder crimpers for demanding process and fluid-handling applications.
