Cambridge Leadership Associates (CLA) is a leadership development practice founded in 2002 by the originators of Adaptive Leadership, a framework developed at Harvard Kennedy School by Ron Heifetz and Marty Linsky. CLA helps executives, teams, and organizations build adaptive capacity to navigate complexity, lead change, and perform under pressure. In 2013 the firm was sold to its staff, and in April 2020 it joined the Nofsinger Group. CLA has served clients in over 15 countries.
