Caldarella's Restaurant Supply is a family business serving El Paso, Las Cruces, Juarez and surrounding communities since 1898. Founded by Jack Caldarella as a meat market in Central El Paso, Texas, it evolved into a grocery store and then a restaurant equipment and supply store. In 2000 the business relocated to a 21,000 sq show room. It offers new and reconditioned restaurant equipment, replacement parts, small-wares and miscellaneous supplies, with bilingual staff and express delivery.
