Bullseye Target Systems is a team of pilots and engineers that develops moving target systems for military training. Its Bullseye Moving Target System (BMTS) was developed with support of the Air Force's AFWERX program and features a target-towing winch. The system is contractor owned and contractor operated (COCO) and offered as a service, with the team setting up the portable system at ranges on almost any terrain. Targets move over natural terrain at speeds up to 40 mph, day or night, and are moved remotely on demand.
