BOA-Service is a highly specialized engineering office (Ingenieurbüro) staffed with two non-public railway operations managers (Eisenbahnbetriebsleiter). It provides classic railway operations management (EBL and EBL-V) for railways under (E)BOA, including railways with grandfathering under § 38 (2) AEG, with an operating radius limited to 100 km around its Mannheim location. It has worked in this field full-time for two and a half decades.
