Monolith manufactures a 7-in-1 insulated concrete form (ICF) building system that integrates a reinforced concrete core with closed-cell polyurethane form, insulation, air and vapor control, fire resistance, and a fastening grid into one continuous wall system. The system is engineered for residential, multifamily, commercial, public, basement, pool wall, and safe room/storm shelter construction, and is independently tested by the IAPMO Institute of Building Technology and evaluated to ICC-ES AC353.
