From the company
Endless West applies molecular science to create spirits by mapping molecular profiles of spirits, finding the same molecules in resource-efficient natural sources like plants, fruits, or yeasts, and layering flavor and aroma molecules over neutral spirits. Founded in 2015 by two scientists and a sommelier, the company operates a 130,000 square-foot facility in Detroit for producing, warehousing and shipping spirits, and produces Glyph, a molecular spirit inspired by whiskey.
