Black Market Gelato is a Boise, Idaho producer of European-style gelato, sorbet, ice cream, and açaí bases, operating a gelateria and coffee experience alongside a large-scale manufacturing and co-packing business. Founded by Zbynek "Spin" Mlynarik, it opened a 93,000-square-foot production facility near the Boise Airport in September 2023.
