Biloxi Freezing & Processing, Inc. (BF&P) processes and packages premium, wild-caught, domestic shrimp for fine distributors, retailers and restaurants in the United States and Canada. Founded in 1995, it operates a 20,000 square foot processing facility and produces over 12.5 percent of all U.S. wild-caught domestic shrimp. In 2006 BF&P merged with M&M Shrimp Company.
