Cornerstone Housing Partners is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and NeighborWorks America Charter member that provides affordable housing opportunities to renters and homeowners in Vermont. It develops, rehabilitates, and manages rental housing in Bennington and Rutland Counties and offers homeownership services including homebuyer education, down payment assistance, foreclosure counseling, home repair, and lending. It has built or renovated over 160 buildings and owns 4 mobile home parks, providing affordable housing to over 1,000 people in 900 units in 2025.
