National Engineering & Architectural Services (NEAS), Inc. was founded in 1992 and has developed from a two-person bridge design firm to a multi-disciplined operation. NEAS is a certified DBE and SBE firm in the State of Ohio and provides Geotechnical Engineering, Drilling, and Laboratory Testing; Survey; Right-of-Way Plan Development; Subsurface Utility Locating; Bridge Design; and Construction Inspection, Management, and Materials Testing. NEAS has an AASHTO-accredited laboratory and locations in Northern, Central, and Southern Ohio.
