Barnhart is a third-party global logistics provider headquartered in Northwestern PA, with operational terminals in Charleston, South Carolina, and Houston, Texas. It offers door-to-door transportation, warehousing, intermodal services, and import/export freight forwarding. Founded in 2003 by brothers Bryan and Tim Barnhart, it grew from four trucks to hundreds of trucks and hundreds of thousands of square feet of warehouse space, and in 2023 merged with SMG Industries, rebranding as Barnhart Group, Inc.
