It produces minimally processed, kettle-cooked beans grown on its family farm in southern Idaho, sold in vacuum-sealed pouches as a convenient alternative to canned beans. The beans are non-GMO, fully cooked, and contain no preservatives, added salt, coloring, or firming agents.
