Bar Harbor Oyster Company, established in 2014, is a family-run business sustainably hand-farming boutique Bar Harbor Blonde oysters in the Mt. Desert Narrows on Mount Desert Island, Maine. Each market-size oyster grows for three years on a 22-acre lease, and fresh oysters are shipped nationwide.
