Balance Engineering is owned by David Ryan, a registered Professional Engineer in Montana and a Registered Technical Service Provider with the Natural Resources Conservation Service. As an independent contractor, Ryan works with industrial, commercial, and agricultural clients on energy conservation and distributed energy projects, and does pre-development work on large-scale wind projects including meteorological tower installation and maintenance.
