Aspen Mills Bread Company is a family-owned and operated bakery that opened in Layton, Utah, as a retail bread establishment in August 1996. It began a small distribution program with local groceries and restaurants, moved to its current Ogden, Utah location in 2013, and now sells breads in stores throughout seven states. The bakery uses 100% pure honey from local sources, stone grinds its wheat daily, and uses no additives or preservatives, calling itself "Nature's Whole grain Bakery."
