Ardea Resources Limited is a Western Australian Critical Minerals company advancing its flagship Kalgoorlie Nickel Project (KNP), located 70km north of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Western Australia. The KNP is described as the largest nickel-cobalt resource in Australia and was awarded Major Project Status by the Australian Federal Government. Ardea has a Cooperation Agreement and Shareholder Agreement with Sumitomo Metal Mining and Mitsubishi Corporation to form a Joint Venture to develop the KNP Goongarrie Hub, whose Definitive Feasibility Study has commenced.
