Arcadia eFuels is building commercial-scale plants to produce net zero carbon eFuels, including eDiesel and electro sustainable aviation fuel (eSAF), for hard-to-abate sectors such as aviation, shipping, and trucking. Using renewable electricity and captured CO2, it creates drop-in fuels compatible with existing engines and infrastructure. Planned sites include Vordingborg, Denmark; Teesside, United Kingdom; and Portland/Corpus Christi, Texas, USA, with each plant intended to produce 80,000 tons (100 million liters) of eFuels per year.
