Appalachian Orchard Company is a family-run business in West Virginia that grows and packs apples. The Orr family began raising fruits and vegetables in the 1930s, and in 1955 George S. Orr, Jr. bought his first 97-acre orchard, which has grown into the present-day 550-acre orchard. In 2018 a new packing facility was installed. The company grows, packs, and ships fruit.
