Annealsys designs, manufactures and sells Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) and Direct Liquid Injection Chemical Vapor Deposition (DLI-CVD/DLI-ALD) systems for production and R&D of sensors, optoelectronics, power and discrete devices, telecommunication and MEMS. Established in 2004 in Montpellier, South of France, it is part of ECM GROUP since 2021 and has more than 900 machines installed worldwide. Its brands are Annealsys and Jipelec.
