Ancar International has made springs and formed metal parts in Lemon Grove, California, just east of San Diego, since 1993. The family-run shop makes compression, extension, torsion, double torsion, conical, clock (spiral), and constant-force springs, wire forms, and stampings. It serves one prototype or production lots of 5,000 and up, and every part is inspected against the customer's drawing before it ships.
