It is a sole proprietorship that develops software related to building energy use and data acquisition, designs and installs energy monitoring and data acquisition systems, and performs benefit/cost analysis of energy projects. It was the original developer of the AkWarm Home Energy Rating and Commercial Building Energy Analysis software.
