The Alzheimer's Poetry Project (APP) improves the quality of life of people living with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia by facilitating creative expression through poetry. Founded and led by Executive Director Gary Glazner, the APP has held programming in 26 states and internationally, serving over 35,000 people living with dementia. In 2022 it became a project of Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care, creating a Poet-in-Residence role.
