It engineers and manufactures single- and three-phase industrial control transformers, military transformers, medium voltage control transformers, and custom transformers, and provides utilities with temporary power and testing equipment. In 2024 it was acquired by Allient Inc. Its quality management system conforms to ISO 9001, and it has plants in the United States, Mexico and China.
