Aero Foil International (AFI), established in 2004 and located in Muskegon, Michigan, is a one-stop machine shop specializing in manufacturing precision parts for the aerospace, automotive, and industrial gas turbine sectors. AFI provides multi-axis CNC EDM, CNC milling, CNC CBN and creep feed grinding, and CNC EDM speed hole drilling for aerospace and IGT castings, from gate removal to full airfoil machining, welding, and fabrication of engine-ready airfoils. It also manufactures tooling and gauging including wax dies, core dies, electronic gauges, stan
