The company develops ODMR detection systems and supplies characterized irradiated chips, with each substrate including measurements of defect density, optical visibility, and coherence time. AdvQuantum was founded to bring quantum technologies out of the vacuum tube era, using CMOS-compatible 4H-SiC that hosts V2 silicon vacancy qubits maintaining coherence at room temperature.
