Accel-RF Instruments Corporation, founded in 2003 by Roland Shaw and David Sanderlin, designs and manufactures fully integrated, scalable turnkey test systems for high-temperature, long-duration reliability testing on compound semiconductors such as Gallium-Nitride (GaN) and Silicon-Carbide (SiC). Its platforms identify device wear-out and performance degradation to end-of-life expectations, and have been supplied to contractors in the DARPA wide-band-gap semiconductor initiative and the ESA GREAT2 Program.
