9th Degree Metals is establishing the first dedicated U.S. facility to refine commodity-grade gallium to semiconductor purity, using allied-nation feedstock and domestic customers with zero Chinese content. It refines 4N input to 6N and 7N purity through acid and alkali preparation, low-temperature electrolysis, and multi-pass RF-induction zone refining, verified by HR-GDMS analysis. The company serves the U.S. Strategic Critical Minerals Reserve, the Department of Defense, and American semiconductor manufacturers.
